REC Mart: where words become images and images move people.
REC Mart, a video production company based in Maringá, Brazil, brought me in to write films for brands in education, retail, agribusiness, law, health, technology, architecture and beauty. Every script I delivered became a scene in the hands of a team that loves scripts as much as I do.

Audio testimonial
In the words of the man who turns scripts into images
" In video production, everything starts with the script.
If it doesn't work, the best camera or the best editing won't save it.
That's why, when the script is by Léo Bento, from Mentoniano, I can relax.
He understands the client, finds the right story and writes in a way that moves people.
I've lost count of how many times the client approved the very first idea.
That gives me the freedom to focus on what I do best, which is turning that story into images.
So having Mentoniano on our films is the certainty of a video that will touch people.

How it all started
A few days later, I was part of the team
I met REC Mart through friends in the industry, Terra and Talita, who recommended me. I was welcomed so warmly that within a few days I was fully part of the team, getting to know the stories of the brands and of the people behind them up close.
Terra was also the one who connected me with Coamo, for whom I wrote the scripts for Copa Coamo at 30.
REC has a very broad client base, built on its experience with content creators and with high-performance digital brands. Right after my first piece was approved on the first round, they opened the doors to their other projects. For someone like me, who loves watching words become images, it was pure joy: many industries, many clients, many stories to tell.
The REC team loves scripts. They follow the thread of the message and explore everything it takes to fit a thousand words into one image. The emotion that took me a while to put into words turns into seconds of footage that touch people even more deeply.
01 · Uningá · Education
A Spanish-language film to ease the hearts of Latin American mothers
With Uningá, I got to move people in another language I love, Spanish. The challenge was to reach the parents of students from Latin American countries so they would feel at ease sending their children to study in Brazil.
I built the film on the pillar of the Latin American family, the mother, and on a moment every Latin American child living away from home goes through: the call to reassure mom that everything is fine. For Latin American mothers there is one certainty nobody can take away, that no food is better than theirs. In the Spanish visual guide, the student became a graduate student in dentistry and the seasoning became sazón.
The piece was approved on the first round. At Uningá, I received feedback from people who had read the script before the film was even finished.
"el mejor sazón del mundo sigue siendo el tuyo." Excerpt from the Spanish visual guide
- Since 1996, in Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Ministry of Education Institutional Concept score of 5 (2025)
- Students 31,806 undergraduate enrollments (August 2025)
- Graduate Professional Master's in Dentistry approved by Capes
02 · Farmácias São Paulo · Retail
A treasure hunt in which the company wore its employees' jersey
I have worked with Farmácias São Paulo for a few years on its annual employee convention. Every year the event includes an internal activity that encourages interaction and a sense of unity. With REC, the challenge was to bring together the party theme, Pirate Ship, and recognition for the people who run the chain's operations.
I wrote the script for the activity, a treasure hunt, with the mechanics of the challenges and clues, the treasures and the storytelling of the whole execution. I took part in the site visits and in preparing the staff team. The managers were split into groups at Parque do Ingá, each one after an item: the Captain's Hat, the Lookout's Binoculars, the Bottle with the Map and the Compass of Truth.
For the film to carry all that emotion, I wrote the video script with editing guidance, blending the humor of the activity with the tension of the competition, all the way to the final message revealed on the main stage on the day of the event: the treasure was Purpose.
This kind of work moves me. I know how important it is when employees wear the company's jersey, and something magical happens when the company wears the employees' jersey. It moves people and touches a place of recognition.
"Whoever has Purpose never gets lost." Closing sign held by the mascot Paulinho
- Since 1951, in Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Chain More than 48 stores in more than 12 cities in northern Paraná
- Theme 2025 convention with a Pirate Ship theme
03 · Spraytec · Agribusiness
Good news that travels the whole chain, from the field to the table
Spraytec is a giant company with an incredible team spread across the world. The institutional manifesto The Good News was born from a simple, powerful idea: the good news of the harvest reaches those who plant, those who harvest, those who transport, those who manufacture and those who eat.
The film follows the grower and the Spraytec team waking up together before sunrise, moves through the lab that confirms what the grower already feels, and opens up to real employees in several countries. In the second version, the global scale comes in from the first seconds and the tagline changes to Once. Always.
"We put science at the service of the land, to confirm everything the grower's heart already feels." Excerpt from The Good News manifesto (translated)
- Headquarters Brazil, with plants in Maringá (PR), Mato Grosso, Argentina and the United States
- Reach More than 400 million hectares treated with its products (2024)
- Research R&D lab in Maringá and partnership with the Iowa Soybean Research Center (2026)
04 · Medina Guimarães Advogados · Law
Twenty years told through listening
For the 20th anniversary of Medina Guimarães Advogados, there was a chronological base script. I proposed a concept to run through the whole film: preparation and interpretation. Interpreting the law is learning to listen, and the firm grows because it prepares before the opportunity appears.
The film opens in a silent library, with Rui Barbosa underlined by an intern, and a visual rhyme between a pencil in the sharpener and a motorcycle handlebar. The story of the partner who started out carrying documents and ended up with his own name on the door is told with an old photo and the current facade in the same angle.
"Over time, we come to understand that interpreting the law… is, deep down, learning to listen." Narration by Professor Medina (translated)
- Since 1995, with the partnership founded in 2005, in Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Offices Brasília (2014), Curitiba (2015), Florianópolis (2017) and São Paulo (2025)
- Authority José Miguel Garcia Medina served on the jurists' commission for the draft of Brazil's 2015 Code of Civil Procedure and received the Jabuti Prize in 2009
05 · CEMS Academia · Health and movement
Thirty years of movement in one full campaign
For CEMS's 30th anniversary, I wrote an integrated campaign with a main film, a short version, teasers for social media, behind-the-scenes pieces and radio spots. The shot breakdown tied each clapperboard to the pieces it would be used in, so no second of footage would go to waste.
The first version was a journey through time, from the 1990s to today. With the production team's feedback, the film took on real action: the gym's own students and instructors as the cast, the locations, the city of Maringá and a sound signature repeated across every piece, a deep breath followed by a dive.
"It all starts with small decisions. Getting up. Lacing your sneakers. Taking the first step." Excerpt from the main film (translated)
- Since 1996, founded in Maringá (PR), Brazil, by four former judo athletes
- Locations Three locations in Maringá
- Mission To inspire families to adopt an active, happy lifestyle
06 · Instituto FT · Dermatology
One word, one full campaign: the marks we carry
In Instituto FT's Marks campaign, the double meaning of the word mark tied everything together: the mark on the skin and the mark we leave on life. The scripts range from the institutional film to the mini documentary and the educational Reels.
In the documentary, the founders, Dr. Fabíola Tasca and Dr. Tamara Vanzela, talk about each other. Each one describes the other's ethics and consistency, and that mutual admiration becomes the strongest testimony a clinic can have.
"To live… is to leave marks wherever we go." Opening of the film Marks that stay (translated)
- Where Av. Humaitá, 804, Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Team Dr. Fabíola Tasca, dermatologist, and Dr. Tamara Vanzela, dermatologist focused on trichology
- Campaign Scripts delivered in July 2025
07 · Buysoft · Technology
The right technology, period
For Buysoft, I wrote a series of short video scripts presented by the founder and CEO, Clemilson Correia, across three fronts: Why Buysoft, From business owner to business owner and Technology Manager. The core idea came from a line in the briefing meeting: technology has become a commodity, and the value lies in guiding the right choice and staying with the client after the purchase.
Each series speaks to a different persona, from the business owner to the IT manager juggling dozens of tools, and all of them end on the same tagline.
"My commitment to you is to turn technology into results." Clemilson Correia, Why Buysoft series (translated)
- Since 2010, in Maringá (PR), Brazil

08 · Clemilson Correia · Personal brand
From the impossible to the extraordinary
Writing for Clemilson is an honor. He grew up in Maringá, handed out flyers at 15 and invested more than half of what he earned in a computer course, where he soon became a teacher. After 12 years at a technology company, he founded Buysoft in 2010 and took it to three countries. Since 2016, he has been the only Brazilian with a seat on Microsoft's Partner Council.
With REC, I wrote the mentoring scripts for business owners and the short pieces recorded while traveling. For his personal brand, I also wrote the series filmed at the headquarters of the tech giants in Silicon Valley. The filter that guided every line was his: a line only makes it in if no one who hasn't lived his life could say it. It is a personal brand made of reality, discipline and repetition, and I am grateful to be part of it.
"For those who want it and put in the energy, anything is possible." Clemilson Correia (translated)
- Origin Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Council Microsoft Partner Council since 2016, the only Brazilian invited
- Beyond business Mentor at Liga dos Empreendedores and lead singer of the band Os Antonios

09 · Arquitetura ao Cubo · Architecture
Excuse me, Ao Cubo: 16 years told by an acerola tree
At the Arquitetura ao Cubo office there is an acerola tree, and with it a legend: before picking the fruit, you have to ask the tree for permission. That image became the concept of the 16th anniversary documentary, because it captures the way the firm works, listening to and respecting the client's dream before touching it.
The five partners share the narration. The tree ties together the beginning in 23 square meters, the day the ceiling caved in under the rain, the firm's maturity and the group's new companies, which appear as fruits of the same trunk.
"And, before touching its fruit, ask for permission." Excerpt from the documentary Excuse me, Ao Cubo (translated)
- Since 2010, in Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Partners Denise Bueno, Guga Cordeiro, Adriane Sachetti Fabian, Tainá Cavalcanti and Patrícia Troli

10 · Letícia Rigolim · Beauty
The video that brings the audience to its feet
For Letícia Rigolim's talk, the founder of Rigolim Hair and Co, I wrote the opening video shown on the big screen before she walked on stage. The film begins as a confession, in the first person, and the lighting tells the story: a flat screen, black and white in the stockroom, color and luxury in the salon, sculptural white in the studio.
A staircase with an object from her journey on each step takes the audience from 2012 to the brand, with every number checked before going on screen. The ending was timed with the event's production team, so the applause asked for in the video would become the real applause in the room.
"Nobody gets where they dreamed of by chance." First line of the opening video (translated)
- Start 2012, doing house calls in Maringá (PR), Brazil
- Brand Rigolim Hair and Co, launched in 2018
- Education More than 13,000 professionals trained in 21 states through Rigolim Hair Class
